I have the stack framework (i have my own design so i don't need the theme) from these guys and this extension is included. i'm a bike enthusiast so i was shopping for bike parts one day, and i use the wishlists to categorize what i need. on that particular store, i couldn't create more than one wishlist, and that was frustrating to me. I wanted to make sure my store had the possibility generating more than one wishlist, and i saw that this extension was included in the pack i bought. I configured it, and sure enough, you can now come to my store and create as many wishlists as you want.
