Cancellation policy

Some products in our store are sold as subscriptions. This cancellation policy explains how to change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

Your purchase starts a yearly subscription: it renews automatically once a year at the then-current product price, and we send you a reminder email before each renewal. Your payment details are stored securely and charged at each renewal.

You can cancel anytime from your account page at weltpixel.com/account, or by contacting us. Canceling stops future renewals; your paid year stays active until its end date.

If a renewal was charged and you did not intend to keep the subscription, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Our refund policy has the details.
