Cancellation policy

You stay in control of your subscription at all times. This cancellation policy explains how it works and how to change or cancel it.

Subscriptions

Your purchase includes a full year of Support & Updates. So your updates never lapse, the subscription renews once a year at the then-current product price, and we send you a reminder email before every renewal. Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify and charged only at renewal.

Cancel anytime, in two clicks. Go to My Products in your account at weltpixel.com/account and choose Cancel, or contact us and we will do it for you. Canceling stops future renewals; everything you paid for stays active until the end of your current year.

Renewal charges are refundable while unused. Any renewal charge, automatic or one you start yourself in My Products, can be refunded in full within 30 days as long as no release was downloaded and Composer was not used after the charge. Once you have pulled a release on the renewed plan, the renewal is final. Our refund policy has the details.
