To process a refund, the customer must remove all copies of the software from their stores, servers, computers, and email, and confirm such removal. After receiving the request, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

Are services refundable?

Services are not refundable as we incur a cost to perform them. The cost of installation, customization, or any other services we perform is not refundable.
