WeTracked vs WeltPixel Conversion Tracking: An Honest Comparison

TL;DR

WeTracked is the newest tool in this comparison set, on the App Store since October 2025 with a 4.7 rating from 99 reviews [1]. It prices by order volume in four tiers: $49 for 500 orders, $149 for 3,000, $249 for 7,500, and $349 for 9,500, with published overage bands between them [1]. WeltPixel is $39 a month flat [4]. There is no volume at which WeTracked costs less; the closest it gets is $39.20 a month on annual billing, twenty cents above our monthly price [3]. Our own annual is $390, which works out to $32.50 effective. The two structural differences matter more than the totals. First, WeTracked's price curve moves in steps a single order can trigger, and two of those steps are worth $100 each. Second, WeTracked publishes no GA4 destination at all: conversions go back into the ad platforms and their own dashboard, a deliberate design their FAQ is open about, and a decisive fact if your reporting lives in Google Analytics [2]. On the other side of the ledger, they cover several stores on one subscription and channels we do not carry. We build WeltPixel Conversion Tracking, so weigh this like any vendor's comparison; every source is public, and checking them takes minutes.

Prices checked July 31, 2026, monthly billing. WeTracked's own pricing page shows Enterprise as custom from 7,500 orders while its App Store listing prices it concretely at $349; the listing is where Shopify requires billing disclosure, so the table uses it and flags the difference here.

The $100 Order

Two orders in WeTracked's month cost a hundred dollars each, and their own listing's overage bands say which two [1]. On the cheapest plan available at each volume, orders 1 through 500 cost $49 in total. Order number 501 pushes past Starter's allowance and the bill becomes $149, whether you take Starter's overage band or move to Business. Order 502 changes nothing. The step repeats one tier up: order 3,001 takes a $149 bill to $249. Everywhere else on their cheapest-plan curve, an additional order costs five cents or less. Two orders, thousands apart in the month's count, can carry a hundred dollars each while every order around them is effectively free.

This is not a hidden fee. The bands are published, and order-tiered pricing always has edges somewhere. WeTracked's first two edges happen to be cliffs rather than ramps. A store hovering around 500 or 3,000 orders a month will feel its tracking bill flap between two numbers $100 apart based on ordinary sales variance. A flat price has no edges to hover near: WeltPixel bills $39 at 400 orders, at 501, and at 50,000 [4].

Two more findings fall out of the same published bands, useful whichever tool you end up on. Starter's overage band never saves money: from 501 to 1,167 orders it costs exactly what Business costs, $149, and beyond that it is strictly worse, reaching $423.95 at 3,000 orders against Business's $149. If you pass 500 orders regularly, change plans; the band is a bridge, not a home. And at the top of the ladder, Scale-up and Enterprise tie to the dollar at 9,500 orders, both $349. Below that Scale-up is cheaper, above it Enterprise wins, so 9,500 is the switching point their plan names do not advertise.

No GA4, On Purpose

WeTracked publishes no GA4 or Google Analytics destination on any of five surfaces checked: integrations, features, pricing, the homepage, and the App Store listing [1][2]. Their FAQ frames the omission as positioning: conversions are pushed back into the ad managers, so no additional dashboard is needed [3]. That is a coherent product decision, not an oversight, and their Pulse dashboard is where their own reporting lives.

Whether it matters depends entirely on where your reporting lives. If your team's source of truth is the ad managers themselves, or you want their dashboard to become it, the omission costs you nothing. If your reporting, audiences, or agency workflows run through GA4, it is the single most decision-relevant line in this comparison, because no tier at any price adds it. WeltPixel treats GA4 as a first-class destination with the purchase delivered server-side, alongside the ad platforms [4]. For why the server-side leg matters regardless of which tool you pick, see the browser pixel vs conversions API explainer.

On the ad side the overlap is wide: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Klaviyo appear on both lists [2][4]. WeTracked adds Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Snapchat, X and Taboola. WeltPixel adds OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads. Every destination is included on every tier in both tools, so unlike some rivals in this category (we covered one in the Elevar comparison), neither charges per destination.

A workflow note: the WeTracked Shopify app is a connector. Their listing describes it as authenticating your store and maintaining the data link, with setup, pixel configuration and reporting living at app.wetracked.io [1]. Billing stays on the Shopify invoice. WeltPixel's panel runs inside Shopify admin.

Four Reasons to Buy Theirs Instead

All four come off their own published pages.

You run several small stores. Starter covers up to three stores inside its 500-order allowance for $49, Business five, Scale-up ten, and Enterprise has no limit [1]. WeltPixel bills per store, so three stores cost $117 a month with us against $49 with them. For multi-store operators and agencies this is a real, sizeable difference and they win it outright.

Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, X or Taboola carry your spend. Those four sit on their published destination list and not on ours [2]. If one of them is where the budget actually goes, we cannot report on it and they can.

Your stack is not only Shopify. They connect WooCommerce plus several funnel checkouts, including Funnelish and CheckoutChamp [2]. WeltPixel is Shopify only.

Published support and refund terms matter to you. They advertise 24/7 live chat and a 60-day money-back guarantee [3]. We do not match either in published terms, and a comparison that skipped that would be selective.

Away from those four, two structural facts carry the decision: a flat $39 with no cliffs against a ladder that starts at $49, and GA4 as a destination against GA4 deliberately absent.

Key Takeaways

  • WeTracked's cheapest plan is $49 for 500 orders; WeltPixel is $39 flat with no cap. There is no volume where WeTracked costs less, and its closest approach is $39.20 on annual billing [3][4].
  • On WeTracked's published bands, order 501 costs $100 (the bill steps $49 to $149) and order 3,001 costs another $100, while nearly every other order costs five cents or less [1].
  • Starter's overage band never beats simply moving to Business, and by 3,000 orders it costs $274.95 a month extra. Scale-up and Enterprise tie at exactly 9,500 orders, both $349 [1].
  • WeTracked publishes no GA4 destination on any tier and frames the omission as deliberate; conversions return to the ad platforms and their own dashboard. WeltPixel delivers the purchase server-side to GA4 and all seven other destinations [2][3][4].
  • Their multi-store allowances (3 to unlimited stores on one bill) genuinely beat our per-store billing for multi-store operators [1].
  • WeTracked has no free plan but offers a 14-day trial and a 60-day money-back guarantee; WeltPixel's Discovery plan is free for GA4 tracking up to 100 storefront orders a month with no time limit [1][3][4].

FAQ

Is WeTracked cheaper than WeltPixel Conversion Tracking?

Not at any published volume. WeTracked's floor is $49 a month for up to 500 orders against WeltPixel's $39 flat, and the gap widens with volume: $149 against $39 at 3,000 orders, $349 against $39 at 10,000 (verified July 31, 2026). Annual billing brings their entry price to $39.20, still above our monthly rate [3][4].

Does WeTracked send conversions to Google Analytics?

No. No GA4 or Google Analytics destination appears on any of their published pages or their App Store listing, and their FAQ presents this as intentional: conversions go back to the ad platforms so no extra dashboard is needed. No tier lists it, so a store that reports in GA4 has nothing to connect [1][2][3].

What happens when a store passes 500 orders in a month on WeTracked?

The published Starter overage adds $100, taking the bill from $49 to $149 for orders 501 through 1,167, then $0.15 per order beyond that. Since Business also costs $149, the overage band matches Business at best and exceeds it after 1,167 orders, so passing 500 regularly means the Business tier, not the band [1].

Which WeTracked plan is cheapest at 10,000 orders a month?

Enterprise, at $349, against Scale-up's $374 once Scale-up's per-order band is counted. The two plans cost the same $349 at exactly 9,500 orders, which is the crossover their plan names do not mention. Those bands are published on their listing; we did the multiplication [1].

What should I check before removing either app?

Open the receiving platform, not the app: Meta Events Manager, your Google Ads conversion actions, GA4 Realtime. Once the new app's purchases are landing there across a full day of real orders, the old one has nothing left to do. Past that point every conversion the two apps share can be counted twice, so treat the overlap as a verification window with an end date rather than a setup you leave running.

If GA4 matters to your reporting and you want every destination at a price with no cliffs in it, install WeltPixel Conversion Tracking.
