TL;DR
Trackify is cheaper than us at every tier, and its price ladder is keyed to your Shopify subscription. The vendor pricing page says so in its heading: "All Pricing is Based on Your Shopify Subscription Plan" [2]. Four tiers, $8.99, $18.99, $28.99 and $38.99 a month, carry feature lists that are identical word for word, so the same unlimited pixels and Conversions APIs cost 4.34 times more on a Shopify Plus store than on a Basic one (our arithmetic on their published rates). Order volume moves neither price once you are past their free plan, which leaves one axis that varies with your situation: which platforms each tool reaches. Theirs reaches three, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat [1][4]. Ours reaches nine [5]. We build WeltPixel Conversion Tracking, so every number here is dated, and theirs come off their own two pricing surfaces, read September 21, 2026.
Comparison Table
| WeltPixel Conversion Tracking | Trackify X | |
|---|---|---|
| Price, monthly | $39, the same on every Shopify plan [5] | $8.99 / $18.99 / $28.99 / $38.99, set by your Shopify plan [1][2] |
| Price, annual | $390/year [5] | $84 / $180 / $260 / $360 per year [1][2] |
| Priced on order volume? | No, unlimited on the paid plan [5] | No, unlimited orders on every paid tier [2] |
| Ad and analytics destinations | 9: GA4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest Ads, Reddit, Klaviyo, OpenAI Ads [5] | 3: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat [1][4] |
| Server-side Conversions API | All nine destinations [5] | All three of theirs, on every paid tier [4] |
| Free plan | Discovery: GA4 only, up to 100 storefront orders a month, no clock [5] | 1 pixel of Facebook, TikTok or Snapchat, 1 Conversion API, up to 15 orders a month [1][2] |
| Audience and catalog feeds | Not sold | Custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences, catalogs above 100,000 variants [2] |
| App Store record | 5.0 from 11 reviews, listed November 26, 2025 [5] | 4.8 from 396 reviews, listed October 31, 2015 [1] |
Prices read September 21, 2026 on both of their surfaces. The $38.99 tier appears on their pricing page and not on their App Store listing [1][2].
Why Does the Same Trackify Cost Four Times More on Some Stores?
Because the tier is chosen by your Shopify bill. Their pricing page sells "BASIC" stores at $8.99, "GROW" stores at $18.99, "ADVANCED" stores at $28.99 and Shopify Plus stores at $38.99, under a heading that names the rule outright [2].
Read the four monthly cards side by side and every feature list is the same text, the $38.99 one included: unlimited pixels for Facebook, TikTok and Snap, unlimited Conversion APIs and SS APIs, unlimited orders per month, catalogs above 100,000 variants, the audience feed builder, UTM analytics and 24/7 support [2]. Switch to the annual tab and their Plus card adds one line, "NEW: MULTI TOUCH ATTRIBUTION!" [2]. So a Shopify Basic store and a Shopify Advanced store buy the same product at $8.99 and $28.99, a 3.22 times spread, and 4.34 times across the full ladder (our arithmetic, their rates).
What that rule does to a comparison is remove volume from it. A store doing 300 orders a month and a store doing 30,000 pay Trackify the same amount if they sit on the same Shopify plan, and both pay us $39. Volume is not a variable on either side of this comparison: their paid tiers are unlimited on orders [2] and our paid plan has no order price at all [5]. The per-order arithmetic that decides other matchups in this category, where a meter runs on orders rather than on your Shopify invoice, lives in the Conversios comparison instead.
One caution about their two surfaces: the App Store listing stops at $28.99 and shows three paid tiers [1], while the pricing page shows four. Budget from the listing as a Plus store and you are budgeting the wrong row.
The Shopify Plus Tier Lands One Cent Under Our Monthly Price
Their top tier is $38.99 a month. Ours is $39.00. Over twelve months of monthly billing that is $467.88 against $468.00, twelve cents apart, for three destinations against nine (our arithmetic on the published rates in [1], [2] and [5]).
Both of us also sell an annual lane, so the honest version of the comparison names which lane it is in:
| First year, same tier | Trackify Shopify Plus tier | WeltPixel Conversion Tracking |
|---|---|---|
| Billed monthly | $467.88 [2] | $468.00 [5] |
| Billed annually | $360.00 [2] | $390.00 [5] |
| Destinations reached | 3 [1][4] | 9 [5] |
Monthly against monthly, the two prices collide. Annually against annually, they are $30 apart. Mixing the lanes is how a comparison page ends up claiming a gap neither vendor sells.
At the cheap end of their ladder the gap is real and large. Their Basic tier is $84 for a year, ours is $390, which is 4.64 times, and against our monthly year of $468 it is 5.57 times. A $306 annual difference is a media budget line for a small store, and no amount of destination counting makes it disappear.
Do the Two Free Plans Do the Same Job?
No, and the shapes are different enough that comparing them as "free tiers" hides the decision. Trackify's free plan gives one pixel, Facebook or TikTok or Snapchat, plus one Conversion API, capped at 15 orders a month, with a 500-product feed [1][2]. They publish no overage rate for crossing the cap. Our Discovery plan gives GA4 only, browser and server-side, for up to 100 storefront orders a month, with no time limit [5].
So at $0 they hand you one ad destination and we hand you none, which matters if the thing you need working this week is a Meta pixel. At 100 orders a month they are more than six times over their ceiling and we are still inside ours. Theirs stops being useful at order 16, ours never sends a Meta or TikTok event at all.
If GA4 is the destination you are testing, our GA4 setup guide walks the browser and server-side halves, and GA4 is the platform Trackify does not reach at $38.99 either [4].
Which Destinations Each Tool Actually Reaches
Trackify's surface is Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. That holds three ways on their own material. Their listing's "Works with" line reads Checkout, Shopify Admin, Audiences, Catalogs, Facebook, meta, snapchat, TikTok [1]. Their listing text names no analytics or search platform anywhere. And their documentation is organised into six collections, none of which names GA4, Google Ads, Pinterest, Reddit or Klaviyo [4].
Within those three platforms the mechanics are close to ours. They run server-side Conversions API delivery on every paid tier, share an event identifier between the browser and server copies for de-duplication, and run their browser layer through Shopify's Web Pixel Engine (their documentation, read September 18, 2026) [4]. We send the purchase once server-side with a stable identifier for the same reason, so a platform already receiving the sale does not count it twice. On the two shared platforms with the most surface area, the Snapchat Conversions API piece and the TikTok Events API guide cover what works and what does not.
Our nine destinations are GA4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest Ads, Reddit, Klaviyo and OpenAI Ads, all on the $39 plan [5]. The paid plan also carries what the Discovery plan does not: up to 50 pixel instances per channel against one, GA4 refund events, admin and POS order tracking, a new-versus-returning customer signal, and per-Shopify-Market pixel routing [5]. Their "unlimited pixels" line is more generous than our 50, so if your Meta structure needs more than 50 instances on one channel, raise that first. Our multi-pixel article covers when the count starts to matter.
Two consent facts, stated narrowly because the category over-claims here. Browser events respect Shopify's Customer Privacy API signals, and on the paid plan each server-side integration can be set to skip visitors who declined marketing consent, a per-integration setting that is off by default.
Where Trackify Is the Better Buy
Five reasons, all from their published material.
Price, if three destinations are your three. $8.99 a month or $84 a year with unlimited orders and unlimited pixels [1][2]. If your spend is Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, a ninth destination is not worth the $306 a year that separates the two annual plans.
Ten years of App Store record. 4.8 from 396 reviews, listed October 31, 2015 [1]. We are 5.0 from 11 reviews, listed November 26, 2025 [5]. Their app has been through platform changes ours has not seen yet, and a thin five-star sample is a thin sample whoever owns it.
Audience and catalog feeds. Custom, lookalike and retargeting audience feeds plus catalog management above 100,000 variants [2]. We sell neither. For a store whose Meta strategy runs on catalog and audience plumbing, that is the product and the pixel is the side dish.
No meter and no portfolio. Server-side Conversions API on every paid tier, unlimited orders, and their developer page lists exactly one app [3]. In a category full of per-order meters and multi-app vendors, that is a clean shape.
Multi-touch attribution, advertised on their Shopify Plus card [2], which we do not ship.
How Do You Choose?
Start with your ad accounts. List the platforms currently receiving spend or reporting you rely on. If that list is Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, Trackify covers it and the cheaper tier is the rational buy. If GA4, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit, Klaviyo or ChatGPT Ads is on the list, Trackify has no product for those at any tier [1][4], and you are choosing between us and the multi-tool stacks in the server-side apps roundup.
The second question is your Shopify plan, and it only applies to them. A Plus store pays their $38.99, one cent under our $39, and only the destination list is left to decide on. A Basic store pays $8.99, where the price argument is the strongest thing on their side of the table.
The field is wider than these two at both ends: one tool in it starts at $145 a month with a services layer attached, and the build-it-yourself route has its own cost shape. Our head-to-head card sits on the Trackify comparison page, and the rest of the field on the comparison hub.
Key Takeaways
- Trackify's tier is set by your Shopify subscription plan: $8.99, $18.99, $28.99 and $38.99 a month, and all four monthly cards carry the same feature list [2].
- The same product costs 4.34 times more on a Shopify Plus store than on a Basic store (our arithmetic on their rates), so their quote describes your Shopify bill.
- Billed monthly, their Plus tier is $467.88 a year against our $468.00, twelve cents apart, for three destinations against nine. Billed annually it is $360 against $390 [1][2][5].
- Their cheapest year is $84 against our $390 annual lane, 4.64 times, so if Meta, TikTok and Snapchat are your whole stack, buy the cheaper tool [1][5].
- Trackify publishes no GA4, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit, Klaviyo or OpenAI Ads integration on any tier, and none of them is named in its six documentation collections or in the titles of the articles inside them [1][4].
- The free plans are different objects: theirs is one ad pixel and one Conversions API capped at 15 orders a month, ours is GA4 only up to 100 storefront orders a month with no clock [1][2][5].
- Check pixel instance counts before price: they publish unlimited pixels, our paid plan allows up to 50 per channel and the free plan allows one [2][5].
FAQ
Is Trackify cheaper than WeltPixel Conversion Tracking?
Yes, at every tier. Their ladder runs $8.99 to $38.99 a month against our flat $39, and their cheapest annual price is $84 against our $390 [1][2][5]. The gap almost closes only at their Shopify Plus tier, where monthly billing puts $467.88 against $468.00 for a year.
Why does Trackify's price change between stores?
Because it is keyed to the Shopify plan you are on, which their pricing page states in its heading: "All Pricing is Based on Your Shopify Subscription Plan" [2]. Order volume does not change the price on any paid tier, and neither does the feature set: all four monthly cards carry the same list, and the annual Plus card adds multi-touch attribution [2].
Does Trackify support GA4 or Google Ads conversion tracking?
Their published surface is Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. GA4, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit and Klaviyo appear nowhere in their App Store listing text, and nowhere in the names of their six documentation collections or the titles of the articles inside them, read September 21, 2026 [1][4]. WeltPixel Conversion Tracking sends all of those plus OpenAI Ads server-side on the $39 plan [5].
What does Trackify's free plan actually cover?
One pixel, Facebook or TikTok or Snapchat, plus one Conversion API, capped at 15 orders a month with a 500-product feed, and no overage rate is published for crossing the cap [1][2]. Our Discovery plan is GA4 only, up to 100 storefront orders a month, with no expiry [5].
Can I run both apps at once during a switch?
Run one at a time on any shared destination. Two apps sending the same purchase to one Meta or TikTok account can double-count it, because the event identifiers will not match across vendors. Install the new app, confirm one test purchase lands, then remove the old one the same day.
If GA4 or Google Ads is carrying spend and your current tool reaches neither, install WeltPixel Conversion Tracking and send all nine destinations from one $39 plan. Their $38.99 Shopify Plus tier, incidentally, is the one row that never appears on their App Store listing [1][2].
